Greg Rozman
QUALITY MANAGER
Greg started his construction life in the 80’s working on foundations for water towers. After traveling the Midwest installing foundations, he grew weary of being on the road and went into the US AirForce. After serving his country in the Air Force, he was discharged in Arizona. Upon his return to civilian life, he went back to building and remodeling. Ultimately, he started to do Tenant Improvements in strip mall and small office areas. In the early 2000’s, Greg got a job with a commercial contractor building hotels in the mountains of Arizona. When the market made a downturn and work became more and more scarce in Arizona, Greg took a job with the US Army Corps of Engineers on Fort Riley, KS working as a QA on the Irwin Army Replacement Hospital project. It was a $404 million project that was to last 4 years. As completion was nearing, Greg took a job with Fort Riley Directorate of Public works to stay in the area. When the Federal Government decided to outsource the utilities on Fort Riley, Greg decided to get back to his original job working on water lines and took a job with the Utility outsource contractor.
When Greg isn’t working, he likes to work in his yard and keep it green and neatly trimmed. Greg is also a Private Pilot flying the Cessna 172’s as a member of the K-State Flying Club.
