Ian is an Operations Manager/Safety Director with a 16-year record of success overseeing all phases of multimillion-dollar construction, public and private-sector clients. The areas of work Ian has been involved in include sub terrain foundations, road building, concrete placement, structural steel, heavy equipment operation, crane operation and training, interior/exterior finishes, rough and finish carpentry, electrical and a variety of other construction/demolition activities. Ian started his construction career as a carpenter and excavator in Veneta, Oregon. Once he decided to shift his focus of a hopeful future in the NFL to working in the trades and eyeing an executive or ownership position, he has put drive and passion into his projects and crews. That passion mixed with his field experience has made Ian extremely relatable to field crews. This has made a lot of the difficult discussions much easier to communicate as he knows what the workers are talking about as he has faced the same hurdles while in the field himself.

He is backed by strong credentials and a proven history of safe projects. Attention to planning and programming at the beginning of the project with Injury and Incident Free as a goal.
