Kai attended Central Washington University as a student-athlete for five years, earning degrees in both Health and Safety Management and Risk and Insurance Management. His journey began in residential construction, where he worked as a laborer, and later gained experience as a machine operator in the agricultural industry. These experiences sparked Kai’s passion for pursuing a career in safety and helping workers across various industries maintain a safe workplace.

When Kai isn’t working, he loves immersing himself in outdoor activities like fishing and camping whenever he gets the chance. Spending quality time with family, exploring new places, and trying different foods are also among his favorite pastimes.
