Lynn Sandretzky is a graduate of Montana State University. She holds a Business Administration and Sports Management degree.

Lynn has expertise in a broad spectrum of business, operational and support programs, projects and services. She worked over 30 years in local government with the City of Portland, Oregon in employee health & wellness, risk management/safety, and operations and maintenance for Oregon’s largest stormwater and wastewater collection and treatment system. Lynn developed and managed large, complex programs and diverse talent. In 2022 Lynn returned to Montana and started a consulting company to share her skills and experience with an emphasis on supporting people and optimizing organizations/businesses.

Lynn’s cohorts recognize her strengths as a strong mentor, exceptional leader, trustworthy, transparent, strategic thinker, kind and compassionate, humor, builds strong partnerships, asks tough questions, shows appreciation, direct and fact-based communication and approach, listens and applies varied perspectives, and creates order from chaos.

Lynn volunteers as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for children in the Foster System. She enjoys family time, including two chocolate Labs, and the outdoors hiking, backpacking, fishing, hunting, and gardening.
