Mike has 17 years of teaching experience at Central Washington University.  He is currently the Central Safety Training Center Director and faculty member of the Safety and Health Management and Construction Management Programs.  He is the past Program Director of the Risk, Insurance, and Safety Management and Industrial Engineering Technology Programs.  

Mike has also worked for the USFS and in both residential and commercial construction for small and medium-sized companies.  His passions include coaching and facilitating safety training, RCA, risk assessment and management, and community outreach.
