This Vertical target markets residential developers and larger home builders who will contract with various residential Contractors. It is anticipated that Developers and larger Home Builders will share topics that are specific to different trades/their sub-Contractors. It is understood that in residential construction a specialty trade contractor may only be on site for 1-10 weeks. Our goal is to provide the Developer/larger Home Build with topics they can distribute with their direct subs.  Thus helping the smaller residential sub-contractor improving their safety and quality performance.
